In a fast-paced world, it can be difficult to find the time to slow down and take care of yourself. Whether you are struggling with stress and anxiety, or you have a specific concern that is causing distress in your life, I am here to work with you on making the positive changes you strive for. Utilizing an integrated and holistic approach throughout the therapeutic process, I work to meet clients with where they are and meet their specific treatment needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. This allows clients to not only feel comfortable in the therapeutic relationship, but also feel empowered to begin taking the first step towards positive growth and change in their life.

I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University. I previously worked in a residential treatment facility, where I gained experience working with parenting and pregnant women struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. I have also gained experience working with adults and young adults with anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma and other problems that lead to increased stress in one’s life.
