As a therapist, I provide tools, insight, and support to help individuals build greater self-awareness and develop practical skills for coping with life’s disruptions. These challenges can affect how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we function in our day-to-day lives. My role is to walk alongside you, helping to reduce these impacts and foster healthier, more balanced ways of living.
