Insurance
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid/Gainwell, and private pay. We also provide super bills for you to be reimbursed by your insurance company upon request.
Rates
Fees and potential insurance reimbursement will be discussed when the initial appointment is scheduled. It is your responsibility to know what your policy may reimburse and the amount of your deductible and/or co-pay prior to engaging in services.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we do not participate with your insurance and you wish to continue with scheduling and engaging in services with us, please verify your out-of-network benefits for mental health services. If you choose this route, sessions are paid for out of pocket and we may provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please find out from your insurance company the percentage of the session cost that your plan will reimburse.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, 24-hour notice is required in order to avoid being charged 50% of the billable rate for the session. A quote for insurance does not guarantee payment. If you choose to use insurance, you are responsible for fees not covered by your insurance provider.
