Taylor Hardy, M.S., P-LPC

Starting therapy may be unknown, and unknown things are overwhelming at times. Clients may not know where to start or feel like going to therapy may not help. I strive to help clients discover the best version of themselves, meeting them where they are in whatever they are facing. I utilize a holistic, solution-focused approach, along with a variety of other evidence-based counseling approaches to help clients meet their goals. My intention as a therapist is to build trust in creating a safe space where each client feels empowered, encouraged, and challenged in a positive way. Growth is a major part of life,

and as a therapist, I allow clients to find growth within themselves along with building a strong therapeutic relationship.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University. I have learned and gained experience in working with adolescents and young adults/adults with anxiety and phobias, depression, trauma/crisis, self empowerment, life transitions/adjustments, and other challenges. I also have experience in working with children with anxiety, trauma, anger management difficulties, and building trust in children and parent relationships.
